PLASTELEC, creating cables

Established in 1961 by Mister Louis Tamet, Plastelec is specialised in concepting, manufacturing and marketing standard or specific electrical wires and cables: standard PVC and high temperature cables, high temperature silicones, polyethylene, halogene free, fluorinated polymers, fibre glass cables, etc... for industrial integrators, sub-contractors and distribution.

Plastelec has been set in Ambert, heart of the natural Livradois Forez parc. The company has successfully been expanding during 50 years by investing in high value industrial tools and human skills in order to meet the markets needs through industrial solutions.
Our genuine experience of cable-making and extrusion enables us to achieve the entire manufacturing processes on our production plants.

In 2010, we have realized a consolidated turnover of 27 M€.
